Jurisdiction
Review and comment upon emergency and proposed administrative regulations filed with the Legislative Research Commission; conduct informational review of ordinary, emergency, or effective administrative regulations; make deficiency determinations in accordance with KRS 13A.030(2); recommend amendment or deferral of emergency or proposed administrative regulations; recommend the amendment, repeal, or enactment of statutes relating to administrative regulations; and conduct a continuous study of the administrative regulations procedure and the needs of administrative bodies.
